We may ask you to provide photos or other documents as evidence so that we can diagnose the issue and find a solution for you. We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the goods (in delivered status) to apply for a return.

Before initiating the return process, please contact us at swordnsoul_cn@163.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send the package and provide a return number. The returned goods must be received within 14 days after the return number is generated and approved. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a service with a tracking number for returns. For goods returned after the specified deadline, we may charge a 30% return fee.

The returned goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging with all original packaging and accessories, manuals, etc. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase, otherwise, we may charge an additional 30% return fee.

If the return is confirmed due to manufacturing issues or our mistake, we will bear all costs including product fees and shipping costs. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will not refund the shipping fee of the package we sent to you, which is $50.
